RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job description

  • Clear drafting of proposals according to the clients problem and matching the solution established by KAM and trainer
  • Customization of trainer profiles
  • Customization of the training agenda in collaboration with the trainer
  • Finalization of the financial calculation for the proposal based on the information received by the KAM
  • Translation of proposals to English/Slovak (or vice/versa)
  • Administration related to the client service agreement (record keeping, registration, cataloguing, dispatching, legal costs, archiving)
  • Follow up of the client service agreement, content correction of client service agreement content, handling subsequent administration
  • Handling the Venue Request Form according to client needs and subsequent organization of the training venue
  • Training detail coordination with the client (participants, groups, etc.), and dispatch of training related information (invitation, information sheets, role play exercise details, etc.)
  • Coordination of training with the trainer calendar, schedule
  • Scheduling trainer interviews with participants, monitoring and relaying expectations of clients and participants
  • Collecting, filing and delivering post training evaluation sheets and reports to the KAM and client
  • Professional development (Develor products, professional skills development, internal knowledge sharing)
  • Developing and updating proposal and contract templates
  • Handling the CRM system and uploading local content to the CRM system
  • Updating Develor web-pages


Candidate profile/requirements

Education

University graduate, 1st or 2nd level

Skills

Language skills:
Slovak – advanced
English - advanced
Hungarian or German is of an advantage

Computer skills - user:
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Outlook – advanced

Microsoft PowerPoint – advanced

Driving licence

B – active driver

Other requirements

  • Excellent language skills (work requires translation skills)
  • Experience from adult education, administration, or customer service is of an advantage
  • Strong pro-customer service orientation – what is promised to the customer, it is delivered in a proposed quality, quantity and on time
  • Good analytical thinking and application skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
